Pada Padma: Srimad Bhagavatam Cantos 1&2

It is our pleasure to inform all the devotees that on December 5, 2005, another Pada Padma course will begin in VIHE, Vrindavan. It is the overview of Srimad-Bhagavatam, Cantos 1 and 2, as part of the Bhakti Vaibhava course in-depth study of the Bhagavatam.

Requirements: Good sadhana, brahminical tendencies, Bhakti Sastri diploma (except in special cases), and a proficiency in English. You also must have a recommendation from a senior devotee who knows you well. Listener category is available. Some scholarships are available (especially for ex-gurukulis).

Teachers: Braja Bihari das, Madhavendra Puri das, Prasanta dasi, Adi Purusha das.

Dates: It conveniently starts after the Kartik Semester (see http://vihe.org/kartik.htm) and the Govardhan Retreat (see http://vihe.org/giri), on December 5, 2005 and runs till March 30, 2005.
