Homosexuality: A
Curse or a Boon?

Why is everyone insisting on missing the point? The idea is that we are all fallen and conditioned souls. We have karma that is being played out in this lifetime from many lifetimes ago, still. What you do with your nature and your karma while trying to follow the principles is a result of your accepting Krishna as The Supreme Personality of Godhead and the wisdom and courage your guru gives you.

Wisdom is to know that your mind is difficult to control, as are the tongue and the genitals. We are supposed to be struggling to control these senses and understand our nature so we can dovetail the results to the service of Krishna.

Thanks and appreciation from dipika.org to our sponsor and host,

Sex is sex. Plain and simple. Procreation is an act in which you are asking for the opportunity to be given a child to raise in the sweet environment of Krishna Consciousness. If identify as gay then look at it as a challenge, as one aspect of your mind or genitals that needs controlling. Your attraction to the same sex can be dovetailed with the use of your intelligence to understand that due to some result of your karma, this is your nature.

Guess what? It might even be a boon or a curse. As a boon, it leaves you without the struggle to maintain a family. As a curse (if you so choose to see it that way) it induces you to pray for forgiveness and ask that these reactions may not interfere with your struggle to help every fallen and conditioned soul or, as Maharaja says, to respect them for trying to be devotees.

Your humble servant,
