Govardhana Puja at Gita Nagari Hare Krishna. The Gita Nagari Community would like to welcome you to attend their exciting Govardhana Puja celebration. Known as one of Gita Nagari’s sweetest festivals, it will include a parikrama with Radha Damodara and decorated cows, followed by Go-Puja. Returning to the temple, devotees will attend a presentation on Global Agriculture. There will also be a Giriraj abhisheka, and devotees will circumambulate a Govardhana Hill of sweets. The festival will conclude with a play performed by the children of Gita Nagari and a sumptuous feast. Join us for an exciting festival nestled in the beautiful fall hills of Pennsylvania.
