Books Needed for Gift Packages

Hare Krishna dear Maharajas and Prabhus,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I need help. I am trying to get large gift packages ready for Christmas to send to Iraq and other parts of the world where people are stationed or fighting far away from their families during the holidays. I have already sent out a lot of our books for preaching purposes, and since we are low income I cannot invest in more. I already have to struggle to get the money together for shipping.

If you have any books you are willing to donate, this would be wonderful—also japa beads and prasadam energy-type bars like Blissbars or Boomi Bars, etc. Beyond Birth and Death, Coming Back, Introduction to Bhagavad-gita, and The Higher Taste are the most popular and appreciated. The Bhagavad-gita is also great, especially when someone writes back and is seriously interested. We have already sent out our Bhagavad-gitas.

This is much needed, especially with the holidays coming up. Many young soldiers feel lost and need to feel cared for. Krishna prasad and the message of Srila Prabhupada are the best gifts.
