Harinam in the Bronx

Dear devotees and friends,

You are cordially invited to take part in the first-ever Harinama and book-distribution festival in the Bronx.

Devotees from the New York Metro area will be gathering at the corner of Fordham Road and Grand Concourse from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to publicly chant the holy names of Lord Krishna and spread the teachings of Lord Chaitanya to the residents of the Bronx.

This is an important milestone for the Hare Krishna movement, as we are now taking the Mission of Srila Prabhupada to a new and fertile preaching field.

Where: corner of Fordham Road & Grand Concourse
When: Saturday August 14, 2004
Time: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Subway:   ‘D’ Train to Fordham Road

Car:  Major Deegan Expwy to W. Fordham Road (Exit 9)

Turn onto W. Fordham Road and continue East to Grand Concourse.
