Baroda Ratha Yatra

Dear Maharajs, Prabhus, Matajis, and kids,

Namonamaha. Jaya Srila Prabhupada!

ISKCON is organizing its 24th annual Sri Jagannath Ratha Yatra Mahotsava here at Baroda, Gujarat, on the auspicious Ratha Yatra Day, Saturday, 19 June 2004.

H.H. Bhakti Vikas Swami and Mahaman Prabhu, Co-TP of ISKCON Vrindavan, will be here and join in the festival, as will many other devotees from nearby temples, as usual.

And as usual, we expect thousands of citizens to line the main streets of the city for the six-kilometer parade, which will start at 2:30 PM and end at around 8:00 PM. Tons of halawa prasad will be distributed from trucks moving behind Lord Jagannath's Rath. And of course there will be ecstatic kirtan throughout the procession!

The festival is for the day only.

All the readers of this message are cordially invited to attend this year's festival.
