Bhakti Shastri Course

In-depth study of Bhagavad gita, Nectar of Devotion, Nectar of Instruction, and Isopanisad. Srila Prabhupada wanted all the second-initiates to be Bhakti Shastris.

Dates: July 4 to October 28

Requirements: Good sadhana, brahminical tendencies, and a proficiency in English. You also must have a recommendation from a senior devotee who knows you well.

Fees: 7,500 Rupees (appr. $160) to help cover the expenses connected with conducting the course. This does not include room, prasadam, some study materials and Kartik courses.

Bhakti Vaibhava Course

Study of the first six Cantos of the Srimad-Bhagavatam. Do not stop at Bhakti Shastri. Dive into the generous ocean of Vedic conclusions.

Dates: July 4 to October 28 for the third year of the course (Canto 4), and December 12 to March 30 for the next first year (Cantos 1 & 2).

Requirements: Good sadhana, brahminical tendencies, Bhakti Shastri diploma (or its equivalent in special cases) and a proficiency in English. You also must have a recommendation from a senior devotee who knows you well.

Fees: 10,000 Rupees (appr. $210) to help cover the expenses connected with conducting the course. This does not include room, prasadam, some study materials and Kartik courses.

Listener category is available, for which the fee is Rs. 4,000 and Bhakti Shastri diploma is not required.
