We are very happy to announce that Palace of the Soul's farm project in Almaty, Kazakhstan, has been granted the status of privatized land by the government of Kazakhstan.

In June 2003, President N.A. Nazarbayev signed a bill that granted individuals and societies the right to privately own the land they possessed. The signing marked the first time such a law has been passed in the former Soviet Union.

After a year of discussion with members of the local administration the land has been privatized.
