Cleveland Ratha Yatra 2004

On Saturday June 19th, ISKCON Cleveland Hare Krishna members will hold their second annual Ratha Yatra Festival of India. This event will be held in Lincoln Park (2409 W. 14th St. in Cleveland, Ohio) in the beautiful historical neighborhood of Tremont.

A Chariot Parade beginning at W. 14th and Kenilsworth will start at 11:00 AM and circumambulate the park with a free festival to follow. The open-air entertainment includes classical Indian dance and sitar, bhajans (songs of devotion), and multi-cultural exhibits as well as many vendors. A free vegetarian feast will be served to the public on behalf of Hare Krsna Food For Life. This cultural festival is free to the public and all are welcome.
