Needed in Manhattan From Yajna Purusa dasa Posted November 28, 2003
26 Second Avenue Brahmacari Ashram Seeking Cook Are you ready for the challenge of New York City? Are you ready for the mercy? The Bhaktivedanta Ashram, the brahmacari ashram connected to 26 Second Avenue in Manhattan, is seeking a cook to help with the many preaching programs we are conducting at Second Avenue and at the colleges in the city. Responsibilities presently include cooking a variety of world cuisines (Indian, Thai, Italian, etc.) for 40 to 80 people four nights a week. Experience is helpful but not necessary if one is willing to be trained and can simply follow a recipe.
