An announcement from the Muslim Preaching Program.

Please, please can you help us by passing this on or posting it on any notice boards or web sites that you feel will reach the devotees who can enhance their preaching and benefit themselves and others from the books below. Thank you.

The following books have been written with two goals in mind:

1. They have been written to help devotees in their difficult task of presenting Vedic knowledge to the Muslim world without agitating anyone’s passion and anger, thus building a good, strong foundation on which love and devotion towards Krsna can be ignited and cultivated favorably.

2. They have also been written in such a way that Muslims can read them directly and become induced to seek further enlightenment on their path to God realization. All the books are roughly only $1.00 - $1.50 each and are only available from our store in Mayapur. I will be there to make these books available to you during Gaura Purnima only. I'll be there from January 3 to March 29, 2003 and possibly a bit longer, in room 303, the Youth Forum building (opposite the gurukula).

Any temple or any person who wants can obtain the books produced by us (they are all in English), namely

1. Srila Prabhupada on Islam (everything Prabhupada ever said about Islam)

2. Bhakti Yoga and Islam (questions and answers encountered in the field by Srila Prabhupada and disciples preaching to Muslims in Muslim countries)

3. The Hidden Treasure of Al-Quran (the Holy Quran as explained by Caitanya Mahaprabhu)

4. Comparative Cosmology (a comparative study of modern science, the Quran, the Bible, and Vedic knowledge)

5. New Book: Enlightenment of Chand Kazi (the teachings of Caitanya Mahaprabhu to the Muslim leader Chand Kazi)

If any Muslims from any background visit your center, you can give them this e-mail contact to help them continue to develop their connection to Prabhupada’s and Krsna’s mercy.

The Muslim community is huge and is awaiting Caitanya Mahaprabhu's mercy. We just need to know how to give it to them in a way that they can accept. There has never been a better time, as the international community, including Muslims themselves, are applying pressure to get rid of fanaticism in Islam, thus creating a more open and fertile atmosphere for presenting bhakti yoga, love of the Supreme Personality.
